This rainforest animal is known only from two teeth whose shape is so unusual that the creature was given the name "Bizarrodonta", meaning "strange teeth". So little is known about this animal that we can't say whether it lived on the forest floor or high in the trees. What is certain is that it was an omnivorous mammal, probably feeding both on insects and rainforest plants..
