	#26 -Name: LAMBEOSAURUS -Scientific name: Lambeosaurus sp -Period: Cretaceous (146-65 million years ago) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lambeosaurus belonged to a group of reptiles known as "duck-billed" dinosaurs. The largest of its kind, it grew to about 15m in length. It lived in North America where it probably fed on low-growing plants. Lambeosaurus had a large hollow crest at the front of its skull and a bony spike at the back. Although it had no defences, it was probably a fast runner.
