Grey's Wallaby lived in South Australia. It was a beautiful animal, famous for its fine fur. It was also very fast. This made it a challenge for hunters, who killed large numbers of them. By the 1920s Grey's Wallaby was becoming rare. The last one died in a zoo in 1939.
