LANAUDIÈRE is located in Quebec (Canada)
on a farm land area near a small village north of Montreal, approximately a one hour drive
from the city. We started here about twenty years ago, as we believed it was an
ideal location to develop our breeding.
Member of the Canadian Kennel Club since 1988 and the American Spaniel Club since
January 1999, our breeding is aimed at developing subjects that are physically and
mentally well balanced.

The dogs are screened for good disposition and health before
being chosen to breed.
- X-ray of hips, to detect dysplasia (OFA).
- Eyes tested by a dog ophthalmologist (CERF).
- Thyroid gland tested.
- Brucellosis tested.
Our interest with the american cocker spaniel started with obedience courses.
We quickly became interested in the breed when we saw their ability to learn and
to perform. The cocker absolutely loves to work with its owner should it be in
obedience, conformation or hunting.
This interest for this small high-spirited and loving dog was quickly transformed
into passion for championship showing. We are now presenting dogs that have obtained
excellent results in competition whether in conformation or obedience.
