Here is a selection of our champions...of conformation, obedience and champions of
the sofa. They all hold a very special place in our hearts. The majority of
these, now retired, dogs make up an integral part of the pedigrees of our
younger animals. Each of them have special characteristics that I often
recognize in their offspring, which makes breeding dogs such a fascinating past-time.

Kim
Pyramid's Kim Sunlight CD, CDX (1988/1999)

Dam: Dixiehill's Pyramid Fantasy
Kim was the first dog with championship breeding that I acquired.
After several attempts at showing, I decided to focus on obedience which
proved a real success. I learned all about conformation and obedience with
him and he was very patient with me.

Gaspard was the first champion with the prefix "Lanaudière" in his name.
He was the offspring of parents who were champions of conformation.

DJ was a pleasure to show. He has a wonderful presence and adapted
easily to the show ring. DJ came second in his class "open" at the Winter
National in 2000. He is now retired and shares his place on the sofa with his
family, Diane, Sophie and Jean-Charles.

Watson stayed at Lanaudière until he was eight months old.
Monia directed him to his championship and since that time, he lives with her.

Kino is a real Obedience Champion... he got his title in 2002. He is very close and faithful to his
mistress following her everywhere, even at the Shopping Center!

Joey is Canadian Champion and has 2 majors in USA. He is now a "big traveller" as the companion of a team of professional truckers, travelling across North America.

Delphine was the first good show dog to arrive at Lanaudière. She completed
her championship easily with many "Best Puppy in Group 1" titles.
I had enormous pleasure learning show handling with her. Delphine made everything so easy!

Cendrine also had the right to her hour of glory. She became a champion
and then a household pet immediately afterwards, which is what she really
wanted. She loves country walks.

Dam: Lotus De Lanaudière
Lara finished her championship on her first birthday in 1994.
She really spoiled me by mothering several very high quality puppies.
She is now enjoying her retirement at the home of my brother Patrice.

Sonate
Lanaudière Sonate (28 March 1995/11 September 2006) OFA Good
Sire: Ch. Cinmars Shogun
Dam: Labelle De Lanaudière
Owner: Sylvie D'Amboise
Co-Owners: Diane Michaud, Sophie et Jean-Charles.
Sonate started her championship but stopped short at six points.
She now shares the home and the affection given by Sophie, Diane and Jean-Charles
with her son Don Juan.

Caprice
Ch. Lanaudière Caprice Du Roi (1996-2001)
Sire: BISS Am/Can Ch. Cinmars Maëstro De Lanaudière
Dam: Lanaudière Sonate
Caprice finished her championship at eight months of age. In the ensuing months,
she started obedience classes with my youngest son, Vincent. From then on, she was
Vincent's preferred dog spending a lot of time with her. At the end of the summer 2001
Caprice was affected with a fast growing cancer. The early departure of this great little dog
is missed by everybody in the house.

Mylène

The beautiful Mylene...a little dog full of mischief finished her championship at
seven and a half months of age with several "Best Puppy in Group".
She now enjoys life as a pet with her new owners, Martine and Etienne.

The first time that I went to a Specialty for American cockers in the
United States was in the summer of 1996. Sugar made the round trip with us.
She has been an important addition to our breeding program. For a few years, Sugar shared the family life with the Denis.
